Every evening at 4:00 pm we open for a Barbecue in the Vineyard. Here you are able to enjoy delicious Baby Back Pork Ribs (whole or half racks), Grilled Chicken Breast, Fresh Salmon, Bratwurst, and Hot Dogs. Each comes with Coleslaw, Baked Beans, and Cornbread.

Chef Amilee Cappell Olson joined Karma in the spring of 2008. Her creative fusion style recipe featuring both small and large plate offerings have been wildly accepted and enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.

Chef's Jerry and Gennaro Criscuolo bring their delicious Italian Cuisine to Tsillan Cellars. The Criscuolo’s come from a long history of Italian Family Restaurants from Sorrento, Italy, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Wenatchee and then to Chelan. Recipes have been lovingly handed down to the family with new personal touches.

Winemaker's grill provides a unique food and wine pairing experience featuring entrees expertly prepared by Chef Sean Akin. We prepare premium dry-aged steaks from Nebraska corn-fed beef paired with our full-bodied red wines grown in the Chelan Valley or succulent seafood and poultry dishes paired with crisp white wines.
